Overall I am very pleased with this printer and after 2 years it is just as reliable as day 1, even after being jumped on by my cat, banged around by my 4 year old and abused by the wife. The 4ењ† slot has a small cover that pops off if pushed right (my cat is always popping it out for some reason). The cartridge door feels flimsy but seems to hold up very well despite the feel. The speed of printing directly from the memory card is a bit slow as it reads it directly from the card rather than sending it to memory then printing. You could leave the photo cartridge in there but the photos cartridges are a bit to spendy to do that for lengths of time. USB-B port on the front for direct camera to printer printing but only USB 1.0 spec so can be a bit slow.Д¬ons: It is a pain to have to swap out the black cartridge for the photo cartridge anyt ime you want to switch from text to photos. Drying time is great, usually the first half is dry before the second half is done. Good looking pictures even using plain paper but excellent using photo paper, best when used with Matte types.

The speed of the memory cards to computer is quick when used for data transfer and PC to printer for printing is speedy. True colors as long as the camera or computer has good colors. Pros: Very good photo printing quality, many times you cannot tell the difference between these and real photos. Very good photo quality, average text qualityДЄfter using this printer for almost 2 years since it was new, you learn to love it and hate it at the same time.
